Tag20 Sports Association Refund Policies

Tag20 Refund Polices for Team Entry Fees, Player
registration and Uniform Ordering.


Team Entry Fee

  • The Team Entry Fee is a non-refundable/non-transferable fee established to secure a team’s entry into the Tournament
  • Payable approximately 6 – 8 weeks prior to tournament, which then allows the tournament planning to now proceed.

Player Registration

  • The Player Registration Fee is set to allow Tag20 to cover the costs involved in the planning and staging the tournament, with much of the organising of the tournament requiring pretournament up-front payments.
  • This fee is required to be paid prior to the cut off dates advertised. (Late fees of $50 will apply)
  • The Registration Fee is a non-refundable/non-transferable once the advertised cut-off date has been reached. Stated in online store & tournament information sheets.
  • Three weeks (21 days) or less from the commencement date of the tournament, no refund will be given to those who fall ill, incur an injury, choose to withdraw from participating in thetournament for any reason.
    • You may contact us via tag20central@gmail.com to explain your reason for withdrawing.

Uniform Payments

  • a. Full uniform refunds will be honoured if Tag20 is notified of your withdrawal prior to:
    • i. uniform order deadline date – stated in online store & tournament information sheets.
  • b. Once the Uniform Orders due date is reached, the payments are classified non-refundable /nontransferable due to the order process with the manufacturer initiated.
    • i. Artwork loaded and printing activated by manufacturer.
    • ii. A Late fee of $50 will apply for payments after the due date – if late manufacturing is achievable.
  • c. No refunds for any uniforms once manufacturing has commenced.
    • i. You can receive your uniform order after the completion of the tournament,
      by way of:
      • 1. Pick up from Tag20 Warehouse in Sydney once a pre-arranged time has beenconfirmed or
  • 2. # By post (Registered Mail signature required), at the players expense. Items will be posted once we have received your postage fee. We will calculate the cost & advise you of the bank account for payment.
    • ii. You will receive your uniform order after the completion of the tournament, as we may have use for your uniform with replacement players or late inclusions & therefore may be able to ON SELL the uniform, allowing us to
      • Refund you in full (if you prefer) or
      • We will reorder your uniform & supply it to you via post (Registered Mail signature
        required), at our expense.
  • If tournament is Cancelled (after manufacturing commencement), Postponed or Rescheduled.
    i. Players will have received or will receive their uniform, therefore no refund is due.
